How it works

NLP reads emails, SMS, and other message bodies and attachments such as BoLs, rate confirmations, PODs, invoices, and quotes. It extracts key fields and automatically creates a load in your TMS, WMS, ERP, or CRM for one-click approval.

What it does

  • Monitors messages across channels (email, SMS, chat) and attachments (PDF, DOCX, TXT, scans via OCR).

  • Extracts key fields: shipper, consignee, origin/destination, dates, commodity/class, pieces, weight, rate, accessorials, references (PO/BOL/PRO/SCAC).

  • Validates and normalises units, dates and mandatory fields according to your business rules.

  • Creates a Draft Load record in your system, linked to the source message and files.

  • Optional: automatic acknowledgement reply, routing to queues, customer tagging and auto-assignment.

What the model looks at (configurable)

  • Incoming message bodies + layouts of BoLs / rate confirmations / PODs / quotes.

  • Customer templates and mandatory field lists for your organisation.

  • Historical lanes, carriers and business rules to disambiguate fields and automate lane matching.

  • Custom business logic: e.g., minimum data required, special handling for certain commodities, exception routing.

How it works

  1. Message ingestion – Monitor mailbox, SMS gateway or API/webhook for incoming messages.

  2. AI parsing – NLP + OCR process message body and attachments to extract structured data.

  3. Draft creation – System posts the extracted data and attachments into your TMS/WMS/ERP/CRM as a draft load.

  4. Human-in-the-loop – Review and edit the draft, then approve or trigger re-parse if needed.
