NLP reads emails, SMS, and other message bodies and attachments such as BoLs, rate confirmations, PODs, invoices, and quotes. It extracts key fields and automatically creates a load in your TMS, WMS, ERP, or CRM for one-click approval.

What it does
Monitors messages across channels (email, SMS, chat) and attachments (PDF, DOCX, TXT, scans via OCR).
Extracts key fields: shipper, consignee, origin/destination, dates, commodity/class, pieces, weight, rate, accessorials, references (PO/BOL/PRO/SCAC).
Validates and normalises units, dates and mandatory fields according to your business rules.
Creates a Draft Load record in your system, linked to the source message and files.
Optional: automatic acknowledgement reply, routing to queues, customer tagging and auto-assignment.
